Shipping & Return policy:

We accept exchange and refund regarding any concerns of the quality of our products except lingerie.

Request:
1. Items received within 7days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Delivery Time 

• Cairo and Giza 24 HRS delivery.
• Red Sea , Sainai , new valley, Matrouh ,louxur, Aswan 3-5 days delivery.
• Rest of EGYPT 2-4 days delivery.

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across Egypt:

• Cairo: Delivery within 1–3 business days
• Alexandria, Delta & Canal Cities: Delivery within 2–4 business days
• Rest of Egypt: Delivery within 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or operational delays.

Shipping Fees & Exchanges

• Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• In case of an exchange, additional shipping fees will be applied for the return and re-delivery process.

Returns (At Delivery Only)

• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
• Customers must inspect the item in the presence of the courier before accepting the order.
• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted, and returns will no longer be valid.

Exchanges (Within 7 Days)

We offer exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
• The new item must be of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

Important Notes

• Items showing any signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
• For exchanges, additional shipping fees will be applied for both return and re-delivery.
