Exchange & Return Policy
We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for every order. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns (At Delivery Only)
- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
- Customers must inspect the item in the presence of the courier before accepting the order.
- Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted, and returns will no longer be valid.
Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
We offer exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
- The new item must be of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
Important Notes
- Items showing any signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- For exchanges, additional shipping fees will be applied for both return and re-delivery.
