Shipping Fees & Exchanges

Returns (At Delivery Only)

• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
• Customers must inspect the item in the presence of the courier before accepting the order.
• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted, and returns will no longer be valid.

Exchanges (Within 7 Days)

We offer exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
• The new item must be of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
